The other day - well, it was a little while ago* - we went to the fundraiser for Monte Vista Projects.
You bought a ticket, got a Bingo card, played Bingo. Random chance, luck or the philosophy of numbers resulted in prizes.
A bit into it I got a "Bingo." I chose the lit'lest lightest box and opened it to find it was a box of stretch gauze.
"oh, this can't be it"...i pondered out loud.
then i noticed the blue tape that said "artwork" on it, which means I won an artwork of my choice.
First pick: limited edition silkscreen by Shizu Saldamando from the Vexing show at Claremont Museum.
I love silly games.
